About Dog Gone Stylin
Dog Gone Stylin has been caring for Kingwood-area dogs since 2009, offering grooming, boarding, and daycare in a calm, peaceful shop where every pet is treated as an individual.
Owner Lisa Roberds has built Dog Gone Stylin around a simple belief: dogs deserve patience, kindness, and care that meets them where they are. No two dogs are exactly alike, so we do not rush them through a one-size-fits-all process.
We pay attention to each dog’s age, temperament, comfort level, coat condition, and personality, then adjust our approach to help them feel safe and comfortable.
Our team works at your dog’s pace, not our own. For older dogs, that may mean going slower, offering breaks, and being extra gentle with movement and positioning. For anxious dogs, it may mean soft voices, reassurance, short walks, quiet moments, and taking the time to build trust.
Whether your dog is here for a full groom, a bath, daycare, or boarding, our goal is to make their visit feel calm, safe, and personal, and to give every pet parent confidence that their dog is being cared for with genuine attention.

Help Two Dogs Find a Quiet Home
Two pit bulls were left at our Kingwood salon two years ago. We have kept them safe and cared for, but a busy grooming shop is not a healthy long-term home for them.
Both dogs are heartworm-positive and severely dog-reactive. They urgently need a calm place away from unfamiliar dogs, noise, and constant activity while they receive treatment.

Salon Policies
Policies for Safe & Happy Pups
These policies help every appointment stay safe, clean, and on schedule for the pups in our care.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals
Appointments are scheduled carefully so each pup has the time and attention they need. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in an additional fee. For late arrivals, we allow a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond that window may need to be rescheduled, and repeated late arrivals may result in extra fees.
After two no-shows, a non-refundable deposit will be required to book future appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the scheduled service but will not be refunded if the appointment is missed or canceled without proper notice.

Pick-Up Policy
After your "ready for pickup" notification, please plan to pick up within 2 hours, unless other arrangements were approved ahead of time.
All dogs must be picked up by 4:30 PM, unless a later pickup has been pre-approved.

Late Pick-Up & Boarding
Dogs who remain past the 2-hour pickup window will be charged an additional care fee to cover extra staff time.
Dogs not picked up by 4:30 PM will be moved to overnight boarding, and boarding and food fees will apply. Without a reservation, pickup must happen by 8:00 AM the next morning to avoid additional daycare and feeding charges.

Flea Treatment Policy
For the safety and comfort of all pets in our care, dogs who arrive with fleas will receive a flea treatment before services continue. Flea treatment fees vary based on the dog's size.
